Where Are You Based Out Of?
Our coffee products are roasted and distributed out of Temecula, California or Chicago, Illinois. We are proudly a 100% U.S. based company!
How Long Does it Take To Ship My Order?
All orders are roast-to-order and hand packed. Our value comes from being able to provide the freshest coffee available on the internet. The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee.
Because of this, the coffee orders will take 1-5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them. Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on customer location via standard ground shipping by USPS.
Why Did Only Part of My Order Arrive?
If you've ordered coffee and merchandise, you will receive 2 different orders with 2 different tracking numbers. This is because we print all merchandise on demand from a separate facility. Do not worry, both packages will arrive, they may just arrive at different times.
Is Your Coffee Gluten Free?
Yes! All of our coffee is certified gluten free!
